1) Who we are
One Click Finance (“we”, “us”) provides mobile apps and a website that deliver educational financial insights using AI.
2) Data we collect
- Account & contact data: If you contact support, we’ll receive your email and the content you send.
- App diagnostics & usage: Crash logs, device type, basic usage events—to keep the app stable and improve features.
- Financial inputs you add: Assets, holdings, and liabilities you enter (e.g., stocks, crypto, property, vehicles, loans). AI helps estimate values and keep them updated.
- Integrations: If you connect a third-party (e.g., brokerage aggregator where available), we process tokens/results needed to show relevant insights. We do not store your brokerage passwords.
- News/market processing: We process general news and market data to generate Opportunities, Threats, and picks matched to your holdings.
3) Why we use data (legal bases)
- Provide the Service (contract): core features, support, troubleshooting.
- Improve and secure (legitimate interests): diagnostics, analytics, anti-abuse.
- With your consent: optional notifications, marketing, or connecting third-party integrations.
4) How we use data
To run the app, personalize insights to your inputs, communicate with you, fix issues, and protect the Service.
5) Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted processors strictly to operate the Service (hosting, analytics, crash reporting). They are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
6) International transfers
Where data is processed outside your country, we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU SCCs for EEA users).
7) Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion earlier.
8) Your rights

- Withdraw consent at any time (doesn’t affect prior processing)

9) Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, least-privilege access, logging). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
10) Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not use the Service if you are under that age.
11) Changes
We may update this Policy. We’ll update the date above and, where required, notify you in-app or by other means.
