These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the One Click Finance mobile apps, website, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is provided by Bravotelco Limited. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Bravotelco Limited.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction and, where required, be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your device, account information, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.

4. Educational Use — No Financial Advice

The Service provides educational information and tools, including AI-generated insights, news highlights, and picks. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Purchases are processed by app stores (e.g., Apple App Store) and their terms, billing cycles, and refund policies apply.
• We may change pricing or features; if legally required, we will provide notice of material changes.
• Trials or promotions may be offered and are subject to specific terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, or infringe rights; violating laws; or engaging in fraudulent or harmful activity.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., manually entered assets/liabilities). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, news/market data, brokerage aggregators). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
